How Long will it take to get my order?
Please keep in mind that all items are made to order with the exception of Ready to ship (RTS).
RTS ships out in 1-3 business days.
Vinyl Cups turn around: 1-7 business days
Printed Tumblers/Mugs: 1-4 weeks
Snowglobes: 1-6 weeks
Customs: 1-6 weeks
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns. If you have any problems with your order once it is delivered, you must contact us within 48 hours after the item is delivered.
Can you change your order after it is placed?
Once an order is placed, there can be no changes and it is final. Please review your entire order before purchasing.
Do you offer cancellations?
Once an order is placed, you only have 2 hours to notify me of a cancellation. After that time frame all sales are final and I will not offer any refunds.
How do I clean my cup?
All Cups in the shop should be hand washed only with the exception of mugs/printed tumblers. Mugs/printed tumblers can be placed in the dishwasher at your own risk. (There will be no replacements if you clean in a dishwasher)Do not soak tumblers in water or use strong abrasives.
Each cup comes with cleaning instructions.
What vinyl do you use?
Outdoor Permanent Vinyl is used on all vinyl cups. With care, these cups can last 5+ years. (keep cleaning instructions to help!)
